Tips
Customize transliteration
Customize your transliteration by choosing a default transliteration schema and adjusting it accordingly.
Try it here.
Niqqud
Use a text that has niqqud (i.e. vowels) for best results. If there is no niqqud, then only the consonants will be transliterated.
Qamets Qatan

This tool can convert and transliterate Qamets characters as Qamets Qatan characters, but exceptions may occur. It is best at detecting them in Biblical texts.

If correct Qamets Qatan transliteration is essential, consider using the Miqra according to the Masorah text as found on Sefaria.
